I've got a 125 lbs of home grown pork and about 50 to 60lbs of deer meat. Was wantin to make some brats/ italian sausage out of it, but need a recipe.(spicey is fine) Last time I tried, most of it went to the dog....... I could add another 50lbs. of pork, unless I find a good ham recipe, last ham I smoked sucked too! Any help???
