Here's a good one about brace height!!!!

Quote from an online article called "Picking Out A Bow"......

"A brace height from eight to nine and a half inches is used if archer is shooting a more expensive recurve bow"

So THAT'S why!!! I always figured it had to do with all the other factors - design, draw, and all that other stuff we always talk about! I was WAY wrong :D :D :D

C'mon, I thought everybody knew that.....price goes up, so does brace height.
Gosh heck, I can now increase the value of my bow with a few string twists.

That's right...in scientific terms you might say it is a direct relationship...the brace height varies directly with expense. As the brace height increases, the expense of the bow increases accordingly! I wonder how high the brace height must be on some of those special edition Bear take-downs? This was good. Thanks for making my day. Jim
